 Cape Town Ad Agency needs a DTP Artist to work on various high end clients.
Job Description:
1. Prepare artwork for print
• take briefs from Designers for preparation of final artwork
• check logo’s, taglines and keylines; update if required
• check images, text and size; update if required
• create low res PDF’s of artwork for client approval
• email artwork to clients for final approval
• create high res print ready PDF’s
• print out digital proofs or lasers
• hand over final PDF’s to Production for printing
• up load and download artwork and visuals to ftp sites
Key Requirements:
• a good work ethic
• good health
• excellent organizational skills
• Matric certificate with good English & some tertiary education / courses
• at least 8 years working experience
• at least 4 years relevant working experience [dtp, traffic, PA]
• a team player
• own transport
• a stable track record
Remuneration : R7,000 - R8,000 /m
