 It`s no secret that there is a HUGE problem in South African schools when it comes to the number of kids who are using harmful recreational drugs.
TheAntsNest.com, through the Heart of Healing, have teamed up with the DEA (Drug Education Agency) to bring the message that "drugs destroy lives" into schools. This is being achieved by members of the DEA talking to the kids about the risks of drugs use, as well as, TheAntsNest.com`s graffiti artists spraying large scale murals communicating anti drug messages. The first of a series of schools will be sprayed in December 2005.
TheAntsNest.com`s graffiti artists have achieved celebrity status within the South African Hip-Hop culture. Having them directly involved in communicating a positive, anti drugs message and using a medium the kids can relate to, should ensure what they say will be taken seriously.
